Two-Model Lineup Allowing Selection According to the Customer’s Application of Use
Our lineup consists of the TIE-9000P for large-lot processing and the TIE-4500P for high-mix, low-volume production.
- TIE-9000P (4 row): 500,000 tablets / hour (φ5mm)
- TIE-4500P (2 row): 250,000 tablets / hour (φ5mm)

Enables Visual Inspection and Printing / Printing Inspection of Tablets in a Single Unit
In addition to the standard front and back inspection function, it is now possible to install 3D shape inspection function and side inspection functions (optional). This contributes to space saving, labor saving for operators, and reducing the burden.
600dpi High-Definition Printing + Proprietary Developed and Manufactured Ink (edible ink)
Dyes: black, red, green, blue / Pigments: black. These are the basic colors, which can be adjusted according to customer requests.
It is also possible to deliver multi-color printing with two colors on one side, as well as Two-dimensional codes, logos, and illustrations, etc.
